Body + Spirit has a number of spaces available to sub-let on an hourly or daily basis. These spaces can be used to practice your therapy or spiritual modality (subject to meeting intent of business and trial/acceptance by owner), hosting meetings, workshops, classes, presentations or small get togethers for group bookings, hens parties or baby showers etc.

Flex space – Approx 25m2
Suitable for: meetings, classes, yoga, workshops, meditation, presentations (BYO media), hens groups, arts and crafts, creators.
Inclusions: tea and coffee facility, tables and chairs and whiteboard. Please enquire if you need anything else.
Rates: from $25/hr – discounts for daily bookings
Treatment room – Approx 12m2
Suitable for: A qualified professional that would like to establish their own business within the business, they have a passion and interest in energy for natural therapies, with an outgoing, happy, flexible, professional and punctual personality. Natural therapies, hypnotherapy, holistic healing, massage, reflexology, kinesiology, crystal treatments, beauty treatments etc. Private health rebate/ accreditation is highly desirable, insurance essential.
Inclusions: Overheads (power, water, bookings), staff amenities (kitchenette, bathroom), some storage. Linen can be made available – please enquire.
Rates: Available from $50/day or on commission basis.
Consultation room – Approx 3m2
Suitable for: spiritual readings, spiritual guidance, tarot reading, palm/hand readings, other one on one consultations (subject to meeting intent of business and trial/acceptance by owner).
Inclusions: Overheads (power, water, bookings), Furniture, staff amenities (kitchenette, bathroom), some storage.
Rates: Available from $50/day or on commission basis.
Consultation room 2 – Approx 8m2
Suitable for: Nail treatments, spiritual readings, spiritual guidance, tarot reading, palm/hand readings, other one on one consultations (subject to meeting intent of business and trial/acceptance by owner).
